Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando at FLAMINGO CROSSINGS Town Center

We have annual passes to Disney World. We live in South Florida but travel here and sometimes i stay here for work as well. I have never had an issue. The hotel is always clean even though they have lots of traffic. The parking situation could be better but overall its a great hotel for the price and less than 13 minutes from Disney. They also have mickey mouse waffles for breakfast :)

It is a fairly new property in a nice area where there are restaurants and even a Target nearby in walking distance. Staff is very friendly and professional. We got messed up with our 3rd party reservation issue via Chase Travel portal, but it got resolved professionally. We loved the new/clean room, and it is only 15 to 20 minutes from Animal Kingdom/Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. Will definitely stay here again, wish we had more time to try the pool.

Large, very nice modern rooms. Very clean as well. Allowed us to check in at 10AM which was a pleasant surprise. Always had coffee is the lobby. Staff was a little odd but no one was rude, just awkward...they seemed to always be on guard for some reason (perhaps the Disney guests have them on edge?). Breakfast was always a complete cluster but not because of the hotel but the other guests...again, might be the wild Disney crowd. For an extended stay place I could see myself being comfortable in one of their rooms for a week or two. Rooms were HUGE comparatively to most hotels. Also had a nice sized kitchenette, microwave, single serve coffee maker, and larger mini fridge. There was a sign that the hotel would provide hotplates if needed. Room also had pots, pans, utensils, and even a dishwasher. We booked a king room but when checking in at 10AM the hotel said there were no kings available at that point so they let us either wait until later or take a 2 queen room. We took the latter but really appreciated the choice. Room has 2 queen beds of course, full size sofa that also folded out into another bed, work station, small dinning table, kitchenette, another table that rolled out under the room length counter. And lots of dresser drawers. There is a shuttle service to the theme parks but only runs twice in the morning and 3 times at night. The only time we attempted to catch the return trip we either could not find the shuttle or it was not there on time. Honestly I had planned to Uber back to the hotel anyway but thought I'd save $20 if possible. Might want to get the phone number of the shuttle service is you plan to depend on it for return from the parks. Very pleased overall.

We had a very enjoyable stay of a week in this hotel. It is a great base for visiting Orlanda and the parks, but also offers shops and restaurants in the near vicinity. The rooms are very spacious and also have plenty of storage space, a small kitchen and a couch. The bathroom is a bit small, but shower is very nice as well. The only issue was that when asked for a later checkout because of illness of my daughter, that was initially declined and I had to pay for a full extra night. When I brought this up after checkout, the management understood my complaints and refunded the extra amount paid. Much appreciated.
